About the role

As a Senior Quant, your primary mission is driving PnL growth through creating and optimizing trading strategies. We won't box you into rigid functional limitations – instead, you'll work with the team to find the optimal match between your expertise and the highest-impact opportunities.

You'll have the autonomy to focus on what you do best while making critical decisions that directly shape our competitive trading strategies. This role is designed for those who've already achieved strong results but have ambitions that reach even higher.

Prerequisites

  • Successful HFT experience in a quantitative role: you've made critical decisions for creating and developing competitive trading strategies
  • Deep practical knowledge of how all trading system components work together
  • Deep understanding of mathematics, statistics, probability theory, algorithms, and data structures
  • Proficiency in C++ (standard library, containers, complexity analysis) and Linux-based terminal
  • Expert-level Python skills for data analysis (numpy, pandas, matplotlib)
  • You've already achieved results, but your ambitions are higher
  • Ready to tackle new challenges and succeed in unfamiliar areas
  • Experience with ML in high-frequency trading and competition results (All-Russian Olympiad, International Olympiads, ICPC NEF+) are a plus
